Bacan4D Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide for Malaysian Members

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated below, unless the context requires otherwise:

To register for and use the platform bacan4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Bacan4D strictly prohibits participation by underage individuals. Any attempt to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You are a Malaysian resident or citizen, or you are located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• You are registering voluntarily and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, corporation, or any other entity.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the platform bacan4d at all times. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of remaining balances.

During the registration process, you are required to:

1. Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address.

You are solely responsible for keeping your bacan4d account login details confidential. All activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.

Bacan4D reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a utility bill, or other documents for verification purposes.

All financial transactions on the platform bacan4d is in the currency of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are:

Deposit Requirement:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for e-Wallet payment methods; RM20 for FPX bank transfers.
• Daily maximum deposit: RM50,000 for regular members; no limit for VIP Diamond members.
• All deposits are processed automatically and credited within 30 seconds.
• The deposit method used must be in the registered member's name — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all methods.

• Each promotion may only be claimed one time only per member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Rollover requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 1x, 3x, 5x) of the deposit or bonus amount received.
• Rollovers must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Any bonus not utilised within that period will be automatically forfeited.

• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during gameplay, bacan4d will attempt to restore the state to its pre-disruption status based on server records. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be refunded to the member's account.
• For live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome must be reported within 24 hours and accompanied by relevant video evidence.
• Bacan4D reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in the event of a significant technical error, including odds display errors or serious software malfunctions.
• For Sports Betting, any match postponed beyond 48 hours from its original scheduled time will be considered void and all bets will be refunded, unless otherwise stated in the relevant sports rules.

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform bacan4d:

• Identity fraud: Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, or third-party software to automate gameplay or exploit the system.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in table games or live casino.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities: Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors within the bacan4d system.
• Multiple accounts: Opening or using more than one account for any reason.
• Third-party transactions: Receiving funds from or sending funds to another person's account via the bacan4d platform.

Bacan4D employs advanced fraud detection technology that operates around the clock. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

Bacan4D reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.
